I'm looking for a movie I saw a couple of years ago, but I can't remember the title nor the name of any actors there. FOUND IT.

a movie that starts with a guy finding a girl at the airport in a foreign country, they enter a room and are having sex, the women then chases the guy through the city, she is a police officer or some FBI agent, and finds him on the camera of an elevator in a construction site, but he shoots or breaks the camera.

I've been looking for this movie for a long time now, I've seen it in March 2017.

Please help me find this movie.
