I’m looking for a documentary about nuclear reactor accidents.

I’m searching for the name of a documentary series that was on the history channel or one of the discovery channels. I can’t remember the name but I remember it had one episode about Chernobyl, another one about 3 mile Island, and the Santa Susana Field lab explosion. It was a very interesting documentary series
