Identifying film clips in "Blankman"

Once again, I need help in identifying movie clips within movies. These are from Blankman.

(Second monitor from the left with "WBHE" under it.)

I'll admit these might be long shots, but if it helps they're most likely Columbia films like Blankman is.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
