I really need help finding an old kids movie, here's what we remember.
A dragon crashes into a kids playhouse and eats catfood with knitting needles. He takes one of his scale and puts it into a bucket of water to create a portal. I think there was also a talking cat and dog and maybe a talking tree at the end. We're pretty sure it was from around the 90's. It was a live action/CGI type movie. The kids *may* have had australian accents but we can't really remember. Again any help is very much appreciated, thank you

I'm only guessing Pete's Dragon because it's the first thing that comes to mind. I remember the dragon was animated while everything else was live action. It was my middle school music teacher who showed it to us but that was just because we were singing a song from it so I remember switch almost nothing from it. It also sounds like it considering the accents, you know Disney movies and their accents. If not that, it sounds like it could've been some knock off of the film.
