I need help finding the name of this independant teen move from 1995-2010.

Here are the scenes that I sort of remember.  This girl just graduated from high school and she breaks up with her boyfriend and is moving away soon to go to college I think, but he comes over trying to get back together with her. He throws a beer bottle from her apartment balcony and it smashes on the ground below which makes her mad. She is self-conscious about her large breasts in a mirror. She goes to see a live band play and meet her friend. She works in a music store. She catches another girl trying to steal a music CD and then later on sees that same girl outside on a park bench and sits next to her and gives here the cd that she wanted. Her old clunker car has trouble starting which makes her mad.
