I need help finding a movie title

Cant remember actors names. History/Biography about a government official who was involved with the Cuban Missal Crisis, Watergate, JFK, Vietnam War and other US activities. His family knew he worked for the government, but did not know how involved he was. I thought it was called something like, "The man I never knew" or "The Father I never knew", but I can't find anything like that.  Black and White
