I CANT FIND THIS MOVIE HELP ME ITS BEEN FIVE YEARS

in the movie there a couple that moves in a house next to an old couple. It turns out that the woman was delusional and her husband was long dead on the bed. in a scene she lives a pie outside the old couple’s door but they never take it because she was imagining that they live there and the pie is rotten outside the door. PLEASE HELP me i am searching for this movie 5 years now
