Help with the name of a tv series that aired on american television

please help me find the name of a tv series where no one seems to know. i've searched everywhere on the internet. no one knows. Here goes. Some time between the years 2000-2018, there was a tv series that aired in america on television where there was a woman who i think was wearing black who was referred to as the supreme leader, priestess, or some type of leader. In one of the scenes she spoke to a crowd of people at night or in the dark. I remember one of the women in the crowd was wearing a hood over her head listening to the woman speak. (perhaps so no one would notice her) i dont know if the woman listening was good or bad or the main star. I dont remember much. however, i do remember later on or in one of the other episodes one of the women had some sort of special device or object that was used to do something. i dont know if it was teleportation, disappearing, going to another time or acting like a forcefield shield. i dont know. I think the word coven was used at one point in the tv series. its not underworld or van helsing. i do remember one or more of the women would sometimes go on one knee and kneel or something in a roundish or circular marking on the ground. im not sure, but there is a possibility that the circle area is where someone can either teleport or disappear or go into another dimension and or timeline. i dont know. i think at the very beginning of the first episode, there are some sentences that are across the screen to kind of depict that it takes place in the future and or a post apoloyptic and or dystopian type show. i cant remember anything else what the words were. however, i might be wrong about that the words. some time in the episode there is a sun and or a sun setting which then quickly turns to night or almost night. that was where this woman was talking to large crowd of people outside. later on in the episode or following episode there is a woman who is dressed in mostly black attire and another one who is wearing something that resembles something like a corset. however, the thing that kind of looked like a corset was i think some sort of armor or suit and or could do something special like protect someone and possibly weapons and or tools were in it. im not sure. in that particular episode there seemed to be someone that possibly looked like a duplicate of some other woman, maybe a clone or a robot or android that looked like another woman and then the two eventually fought and i dont remember what happened after that. one of the clones or robots or android i think was in something that resembled something that looked like in the movie called the matrix when people were in some type of small chamber or sac hooked up to something. however, i dont think anyone was hooked up to something in the tv series. also it is possible someone could have been just in a cryogenic chamber or state in a chamber or sac or something like that. i dont think the main star was inside, but whatever it is, it was fighting her. The tv series looked like it had alot of women in it. maybe more than usual for a tv series.
