Help with 1979 or 1980 morning kids show

I remember it had a live-action intro with I believe a spacecraft landing inside a space-station that was possibly made out of an asteroid. I believe it came on after Captain Kangaroo. It might have been some local programming. I lived in South Florida at the time.

I can't remember if the show itself was live-action or if it was cartoons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
