Help to find a movie name

So it can be either movie or series not sure but  the movie as I remember is horror and paranormal I might be wrong also. So the main characters of the movie is a guy who can see future and ghosts. Also there was a blonde woman. I remember only two episodes from the movie. As it was heavy raining and the woman who was driving by so that guy who she knew before and offered him to give him a ride but the guy looked at the tire of here car and saw that her tire will blow up and he refused. After that woman realized that they saw the future. Then after driving it happened as he predicted. Also another fragment from the same movie or series is two movers were wearing blue and moving stuff from the room they faked something as it was a ghosted room or something. This is all i can remember.
