I assume you were a baby when you appeared - correct? Do you know any other details?
You can access the main Donahue page here on IMDb - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0065335/?ref_=ttep_ep_tt
If you scroll, look for BROWSE EPISODES, then you can click a drop down to view by year.
Once you are at a year, you may be able to find some info, but then could then be used to do some good old internet searching (e.g. Donahue episode surrogate YEAR) which might lead to some other sites that have full topic summaries or other details.

Umm - NVM - found something about a case of a surrogate baby who was born with multiple birth defects and the issues round the case.
