Help Finding a Movie?

Years ago I saw a horror film involving a hotel at a 'whistle-stop' with people beseiged by demons trying to get inside.  The guests were defended by a guy with a vial of Christ's blood with which he kept the demons at bey?  Anyone know the title of this flick?
