Help finding a movie (martial arts and drug bust; the style is somewhat similar to Bruce Lee's Enter The Dragon)

  I forgot the name of the movie, but two plots impressed me deeply. Plot 1:   Martial artist infiltrates/undercovers drug dealer's territory Plot 2:    Drug dealer takes a bag of drugs from a woman(She might have an Asian face)'s bra and forces it into her mouth. I've already tried to find the movie with Google search but in vain, I would be most grateful if you can help me to find it!
