Forgot old movie name

All I can remember is main character has a triangle metal thing in chest where he has to charge he has a bed he lays on to charge and a A.I. lady in red dress helps him . The villain has a metal staff with a glass hand on top and his goal is to upload everyones mind into the internet a lady helps villain use a computer that she uses with her mind with 2 suction cap on her temples and villain has a chair in a circle things hanging from roof that movie. I can never remember the name can anyone help please?
