Finding the title of a movie

Hi there. I've been searching for a movie title for quite some time mow. Watched it a few years back. It was a comedy movie with probably Jason Bateman on it(not 100% sure). In one scene a guy went to steal or hide a magazine from a house, got stuck on a bathroom window while a lady came back to home from running, enter into that bathroom and took her running pants off. A background song started playing that time containing these lines "I'm a man, goddamn goddamn... " Please help me find the movie title. Thanks in advance.
