Finding the Name of Movie?? PLZ Help

Respected guys, Please help me in searching the name of movie which i have forgotten, I describe you the plot of movie Movie is before 1996 One girl living in hostel, one man artist (sketching picture) fell in love with her, She did modeling and said (how beautiful i am), she and her lover do travelling in France -Arc de Triomphe ( She sometime acted weird, she shaved her head, at last scene of movie she commit suicide in sea while her lover making sketch of her.
