Find the movie: all of humanity has turned to vampires but live a completely normal life but they are vampires

So I'm looking for this movie I saw years ago.  The plot is pretty cool and unique but I can't remember the name.  Almost the whole mankind is transformed to vampires. Those modern kind of vampires you know they look like humans with pale skin. But they have to drink human blood to survive. Human blood is like normal groceries and they put it in their food etc. Because almost no humans are left, they start to breed them synthetically and harvest their blood. The vampire society is completely like our normal human world, they live in suburbs, they go to their office jobs etc but they have to drink human blood that's all. If they drink not enough blood, they turn in mindless oldschool gargoyle like vampires, I remember a certain scene where the "normal" vampires executed those gargoyles by putting them into sunlight. There's als like a special ops military vampire unit who hunts down the last humans, they have armored vehicles, tactical gear and shit. One of the main characters is a scientist who works on a cure to the vampirism. I know it's all pretty vague, and because of the unique concept of the movie I have no clues where to find it. Maybe someone can help.
