English-Spoken Movie About an Arranged Marriage Concerning a Mexican Banker (the song "Olvídame" is played near the end at a party)?

​​​​​​​I'm not sure in what year it was made or if it was a TV movie, but it was in color, English-spoken and likely made after 1990.​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​It's about a Mexican banker whose father coerces him into marrying a female Mexican banker, whom he was not in love with. Sadly, he did not end up marrying the woman he was in love with. Near the end, there's a party and both the male Mexican banker and his true love interest are there, but his father announces his son's wedding to the woman he didn't want to marry.  There's a very brief power outage (possibly due to a storm), but the song "Olvídame", which means "Forget Me" is played. The movie then ends.​​​​​​​
