Does anybody know this movie? Thank you!

So the scene starts where it’s a new doctor and he told that he has to go into the waiting room and tell one of the three families that are waiting that their loved one has gone so he goes in there and he tells the First family and then there is the knocking at the door with the window by the nurse and points you telling the wrong family so you apologizes and then it goes to the next family And he tells their families the same thing then just knock on the window at the door and then he has to apologize and go to the Next family and then there’s the chaos funny and not funny. Does anybody know the name of the film? Thank you!
