Dinosaur movie with Robot Dinosaur

I saw a dinosaur movie in 2004 or before that where babies of a mother dinosaur is stolen by humans and the mother dinosaur fights with robot dinosaur made by humans in the last scene to get back it's babies. Mother dinosaur wins and she and baby dinosaurs go back to where they came from. I can't remember the name of find it even using AI. Please help.
