Comedy from early 2000s/late 90s HELP WITH THE TITLE

hi, years ago I saw comedy which title I can't remember now. It was from early 2000s or late 1990s. I remember those scenes/plots: 

1. There surely was a guy who looked like Jesus and his looks was used as a continuous joke. 

2. Beginning of the movie was placed in a bar/club.

3. The movie surely included foot licking scene (guy who was probably some kind of servant licked girl's foot...)

4. From the ending I remember scene where group of people (including Jesus guy) were trying to get to a plane (or other transportation/place where you have to show id) and they all used name "John Smith".

5. It probalby contained scenes of funny slow clap.
