Comedy, early 2000's I think, with a gag about a prescription drug ad that "side effects may include death"

I vaguely remember a comedy from the early 2000's about a guy who wrote ads for pharmaceutical companies, and there was a cheerful ad he made for a drug, that rambled off a long list of all of the side effects, one of which was "death." It might have had Tim Allen in it but I don't remember. Can you help me with ideas? Thanks
