Can't remember the name of this film. PLEASE HELP!

This film I'm sure is either a scandanavian or German. It's about a girl who moves away from her home town to live in a small apartment of either a family member or a close family friend, can't remember which. The apartment she moves into is owned by this family friend/relative. The man also owns a small independent DIY shop which is underneath the apartment. The girl is given a job there and they get along well at the beginning but the man eventually starts acting inappropriately and flirting with her which she doesn't like. I also remember a scene from the end of the film where she's at a house party and the end she is sat on the roof of a building with a guy she met at this party and it ends in a very deep thought provoking way. This is all I can remember. Appreciate any help. Thank you
