Can’t remember the name of this amazing movie I watched :/

The movie is on Netflix when I watched it - about a man who has a camera and goes around filming footage which he then sells to the news. At one point he hires an Indian man to be his assistant - the Indian man needed a job so the film making guy offered him one. The man then progresses onwards to film a heist in action where his career really starts to skyrocket. Please help me find this movie
