cannot remember movie title but know many scenes in detail

The title if I remember right was titled something along the lines of ' the outsiders' or 'the outcasts" or "the nobodys" "the other guys" there was a dark haired rougher looking middle aged white guy that seemed to be an alcoholic, his brother owned a bar , there was a carless party girl (who also has dark hair, there was a scene I think of them running into each other in/out of a bathroom maybe, there was a scene in pretty sure with the guy unknowingly walking into a glory hole room, there was a disabled PIMP Tht I'm pretty sure was cerebral palsey , and the girl called him the wrong nick name or something, there was a scene where the girl and guy slept in his brother's bar basement on a rough mattress and the roof leaked , the guy took a coffee pot tocatch water , the brother (bar owner) made his own coffee with pot and ultimately ending up getting sick, the brother had gave the two a chance to help tend things at the bar tho regretting that because both of them pocketed money, I remember them walking out of the bar after sneaking cash out and they got a taxi ride somewhere and when it came time to pay neither led on like they took any money, the revealed they both did, yet didn't wanna pay for cab, I wanna say in the end they ended up traveling across cities to get to some big city that I think was his relatives house and relative was fixing to pass on so he had a chance of getting house etc ( I feel like the girl strongly resembled the girl that played on the movie "the duff "
