Can you guess the movie / actors of this love story?

What's the name of this tragic love story (might even be a short movie in a series)

1. The setting is played in a house that two different real estate agents show people the house.

2. I thougth at first that the main characters were a black male and asian female, but....

This also might be a white male and black female, it isn't important for the story. Although pretty sure it's a young black man full of energy and the woman was Japanese. Both are married, at least the young black man was at first, but from the beginning they like eachother, but don't act on it.

Time and time again they meet and start a relation in this house that is never sold. At first they comment on their way they try to sell the house and even question the build of some things.

Most of it is shot in the livingroom:
The door is open in the right of the screen,
When people enter I think the floor is elevated on their right, where chips and other stuff is.
I belief the scene is mostly yellow in colour.

When all people are gone they open up a bottle of wine and start flirting, when they look around the livingroom, they notice a very small door high up the wall which seems an absolute rediculous place to put it, because you wouldn't be able to get to it without a ladder. Not sure what was in it.

The story is mainly about two people who fall in love, but can't be together except for in that house and in the end brief shots in the garden. Way at the end of the movie the old (pretty sure) black gentleman comes to the house, to find out his love has just died months before he was going to listen to his heart. I guess in the end the woman bought the house and her daughter openend the door. Pretty recent movie, but absolutely no clue, so I need the brain power of millions.

This is a must watch, but who can help us name the tittle or any actor?
