80s Anthology Show Episode

In this 80s anthology show, a teenaged girl wants some attention and lies about getting attacked and escaping a local serial killer. The killer sees her TV interview and then goes after her for real. At the end of the episode, there is a news broadcast of the first girl's death, and another girl decides to also lie about getting attacked to earn herself 15 minutes of fame.
