Fantansy knightly kindom surrounded by walls setting, with troll kingdoms in other places for example.

The hero and the villian both want this relic of power, the hero uses it's "light side" while the villian wishes to use it's "dark side".

The hero is a young teen, maybe younger. And very irresponsible, often causing lots of damage trying to master the relic.

He can use it to fly and in 1 episode uses a move called starburst (and uses it to make fireworks in the sky).

In 1 episode he wants to train but everyone is busy so gives to the temptation and uses the darkside of the relic to summon a double...turns out it was an evil double. A common gag in the show was how he'd always have a very dusty take off always annoying an elder, of which the dark version of him doesn't do leaving the elder prefering the evil one for the episode.

The villian has a gigantic flying base of operations.

In this world people have random abilities, the hero can melt stone or metal with his hands. (in fact when he was once prisoned they prisoned him in a wooden cell)

The hero lives with this girl and her grand father.

I'd love to know the show if possible.
