1990s thriller with erotic elements

Please help me identify this film. I watched it in parts as a child, so there aren't many details. It's more of a thriller or drama genre. It was filmed around the mid-1990s. The style was reminiscent of Mickey Rourke crime films of that period. The main character is a man of about 30-40 years old, with a wild head of hair. I remember that his memory periodically took him into the past (almost like in "The Butterfly Effect"!), only these were short segments - the recent past. Perhaps he had an injury. Sorry for the details, but there was also an erotic scene. I will only briefly describe it, perhaps it will help identify the film. In one of the memories, the main character enters a room, lies down on the bed fully clothed, as if he wants to rest. A girl was taking a shower in the bathroom. She came out in a robe or towel and approached the bed. And then he recalled how his hand began to caress her breast. I don't remember anything else.
