1930s silent girl window shopping

I had a feeling I had just created this thread but I can’t see it. Sorry if it’s doubled up. Either can be deleted. I’m really tired. It’s a very well known film, maybe Chaplin (but not sure), feels a bit like City Lights about a woman in a 20s hat who’s a serial window-shopper. She stands by shop windows and looks in, also comes in and touches things, but never buys. I also remember her looking at cars in shops. It’s a very well-known film among cinephiles. Ring any bells?

I wonder if it could be Charlie Chaplin's Modern Times (1936) and the girl who looks in windows but never buys, Paulette Goddard.
