This is the 2nd time I am writing this because IMDB deleted my previous attempt and stated something went wrong! Frustration upon frustration with this site!!

Hi Folks,

First time posting here. Hopefully the last. I worked on a recent documentary feature as Production Manager and 1st AD. I added both of my  credits a few weeks ago and both were accepted. However, since then my PM credit has been deleted. Know idea by who or why. I have reached out to the production team and nobody knows anything about it. I have now tried twice to add my PM credit again, but to no avail. Last time I tried to re-add my credit I also attached 8 separate pieces of evidence of the PM credit including call sheet, email from director, email to local government, email to location, invoice, location application and risk assessments - in the form of screengrabs. However, it was again declined with the reason:

Unable to verify.

Your contribution has been declined. We have been unable to verify your contribution.Unfortunately, we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided.

Before I waste any more precious time on this and go out of my mind, can someone please let me know what steps I can take to get my credit re-added?
