Good morning, I have tried twice to add credit for my work, but both times the credit has been rejected with this sentence:

Reason: Not specified

Your contribution has been declined. We did not capture a specific reason during processing.

Why? I would like to understand the reason. Can you help me?

Hi @massimooo,

Thank you for your problem report.

Your credit submissions are showing as declined in your Contribution History because you later submitted a credit deletion for the same credit which was approved. If you wish to add the credit again, it should be approved as it was originally. Once you have re-added the credit, you can post the 18-digit submission reference to this thread to ensure it is approved.

thank you for your response. What I had asked to be deleted was an incorrect credit, it has reappeared, and now I have requested to delete it again because it is the right thing to do.

The credits that would be correct and are not getting approved are these, and I don't understand why:

- 21st November 2023, Reference: #231121-100642-260000 (Reason: Not specified)
- 28th November 2023, Reference: #231128-152510-739000 (Reason: Not specified)
