Year of Birth Correction Declined

Hi, Based on the public records, an actor's year of birth seems to be listed here off by 6 years. So, I decided to correct it as usual but my submission declined despite the evidence. The same issue happened a few months ago, too and required reporting by the staff. Just last week, the same thing happened again, then after a re-submission it got approved (as it should have been).
