Wrong Trailer

You will need to follow two separate steps, waiting for the first step to complete before continuing to the second.

STEP #1

From the above help: 

Only videos associated (and already present in your video gallery) with your name can be used in this logic - if there's a video on IMDb you were involved in, but which you're not linked to - you can request new videos be tagged to your name via our contact form.

Click the link to the contact form above and press the "Email" button in the "Would you like to contact us?" section.  You will need to enter the following on the next page:

What update are you requesting:  Add a name to a video
Video type: Trailer
Video ID (full video URL): https://www.imdb.com/videoproembed/vi3753885721
Explanation of the problem: Please add me, Michael Austin, https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5148257/ to this video, thanks. 

once this has processed and you see the trailer on your page at https://pro.imdb.com/name/nm5148257/videos you can then proceed to the next step. It can take customer service between 24-48 hours to action this for you. 

STEP #2 

One the page https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/manage-your-imdb-page/manage-your-videos/GV43VKU3PPM4Q8Y2 click the question "Can I change the video appearing next to my headshot on my page?" which explains how to make the new trailer become your featured video.
