Wrong Person Credited

A person with an identical name has been linked to the credit of the film that I worked on. To correct this, I submitted two separate edits; 1 for the removal from the incorrect credit from the wrong profile, and the 2nd as the addition of the correct credit to my profile. Both were declined- "Your contribution has been declined.We have been unable to verify your contribution." My question is how do I verify that I am the correct profile?
