The incorrect claims to both of those pages have been actioned and removed. Further actions have been taken on the contributor responsible and an escalation of this issue has been raised to respective team.

The Doors generate a significant amount of revenue annually, and this person apparently thinks that he has some sort of claim to the profits. The only solution that I can see is to cancel his Pro subscription and stop accepting his credit card. Unless you physically prevent him from claiming this or other pages, he's simply not going to stop vandalizing.

Then why do you keep accepting his submissions? I'm assuming it's because he may be readding the false data with different accounts. I've corrected this information numerous times, and it's simply added back. Jim Morrison did not have any children. Why can't you simply prevent any contributor from adding this false information?

I don't understand why the names that he creates can't be flagged so that they're not auto-generated. As soon as the page is deleted, he simply creates a new one. For example, a name with "Production" or "Audio" in it will not be added automatically and will usually be rejected.
