Wrong name (and wrong person) added to my page
Someone called Mathieu Tury is linked to my page (Mathieu Turi). It's not me, not an alias, no AKA. I just want those credits deleted. Especially because I'm directing now, and it seems I still work as an AD (especially with the credit on the movie RENEGADES (2017) which is stuck between my first and my second feature film). I've tried to go through the classical process to delete, but It has been declined every time.
Please could you help me with this?

Mathieu: Instead of deleting the credits for Mathieu Tury, you should correct them to assign them to the other person.
Here is how I recommend doing that. Go to your page at https://www.imdb.com/name/nm3332970/. Click "Edit page".
On the next screen, for each occupation or department where there are the other guy's credits listed on your page, select "Correct/Delete". Leave everything else (where there is not another person's credit on your page) unchanged. Scroll down and click "Continue".
On the next screen, you will see a list of credits for each occupation/department that needs corrections. At the bottom of each department, there will be a box labeled "Show name?". Check that box for each department. Click "Check these updates".
On the next screen, select "Correct" to the left of every credit that belongs to Mathieu Tury, not you. Click "Check these updates".
On the next screen, you will see that the name "Turi, Mathieu" is editable. Change that to Tury, Mathieu for each credit that belongs to the other person. Also, delete the (as Mathieu Tury) attribute from each of those credits, since that will be redundant once the credit is changed to the other person.
For each credit, check the box marked "Provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission". You will immediately have an Explanation box in which to explain the situation. Enter the same explanation for each of the credits that need to be changed. I suggest something like this: "I am Mathieu Turi. This credit does not belong to me; it was done by a different person with a similar name, Mathieu Tury, and was credited under his name. I am requesting that this credit be moved to a separate name page for Mathieu Tury." If you have any links to prove that you are a different person from him, include those in the explanation too. Click "Check these updates".
On the next screen, you will get a warning that says, "The name 'Tury, Mathieu' is not currently in the database. We have these people with similar names ..." Each time that appears, select the option that says, "This is a different person not currently listed - create 'Tury, Mathieu (II)'." (I don't know what the (II) roman numeral is for in this case, but that is not your problem to deal with.) Click "Re-check these updates".
On the next screen, your data should appear with a green background, and you should be able to click "Submit these updates".
Allow a few days for the corrections to go through. Good luck!

Mathieu:
Please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to get it included in the database. (Also, please include the submission reference number -- it's an 18-digit number that will look something like 240123-123456-789000.) If your submission included an explanation, it will not have appeared in the e-mailed receipt but you should be able to find it in your submission history at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history/ -- please post that too.
