Wrong marriage details

According to IMDb Policy, mariage details must be :

legally recognized marriages and partnerships only and domestic partnerships, cohabitations, or unions that are not legally recognized should be submitted as biographical trivia.

I try a few times to remove wrong informations form my page and it's always declined for this reason :

Does not meet contribution guidelines.

Your contribution has been declined.Please review our submission guidelines.

And what ? They didn't ask proof for put the informations. Although, these informations in my page haven't any logics at all. The current 'Marital' status on my IMDB page is 100% inaccurate. I am not married. And now it's begin to have a bad influence on my job.

Can you please do something?
