@ACT_1​ If a newspaper or magazine published such false information it would have to pulp the entire issue (I know from experience) and run a grovelling apology. You should escalate this.

Btw, IMDb says Wikipedia is not acceptable source but I'm sure as hell the only link they received to approve this death date was a Wikipedia link. I checked history of the Wikipedia page and archive snapshots of IMDb page. It was first added to Wikipedia without any source, and then to IMDb. Surely the only evidence IMDb received was the Wikipedia link which had this claim without any source (they removed it now) and that shouldn't be a valid evidence for IMDb to approve this.

Can you also confirm if listed birth date is correct? Some places say 1939, some 1931.

@mbmb​, I can confirm the birthdate is correct as she was born in 1931 according to England and Wales Birth Registration Index.

@jabrenner​ I also saw the birth index entry for Sheila Poncini but what I couldn't verify or be certain about was whether her birth name was actually Poncini or if it was confused with someone else too. (if it's not Poncini, birth date could be wrong as well)

@Michelle​ I had a reply on this thread which was marked as "Private" because of a link (the link was showing she was really alive). Since you deleted the death date it's not important now but I just wonder why it's not converted to public even after you visited this thread?
