Wrong data keeps getting submitted for the New Horizons Film Festival awards page

There are many mistakes in the New Horizons Film Festival 2024 page (in other years too, but I'm trying to do clean up starting from the most recent edition).

First, I am unsuccessfully trying to add shorts nominated in the last edition (240808-145431-727000, 240814-194349-796000 and recently, 241123-023208-343000). Now, there is one nominee entry in Polish Short Film Competition. Technically, it's correct but the official name of this competition is different.

Then, I tried to remove wrong data. There is only one audience award - in the international competition category. No Audience Award for Best Fiction Film exists, there is not even such a section in the festival. So, the this entry is incorrect. I have deleted it, but it was added again. The same with An Orange from Jaffa nomination in the International Competition. It's a short and should be added in the Shortlist competition that I'm unsuccessfully trying to submit.

So, how can I make shortlist data be submitted and delete incorrect info without it returning again?
