wrong credit - creating new person (actress) necessary to correct credit

While I watched 2021 Polish TV movie Cudak (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14852934/) I found that one role has been credited wrongly. On the end of the movie appears charachter of adult daughter (in her early 20s) of main charachter Roman "Cudak" Cudakowski. Her charachter's name is "Adult Lucja" and is played by actress called Katarzyna Dominiak.

IMDB link leads to Katarzyna Dominiak (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1265634/) who is at the time of filming 44 years old (b. 1977.) and all of her works were crew (production) except this role. Obviously wrong credit. No other Katarzyna Dominiak exists on IMDb.

Searching internet I found page of Polish actors/actress agency http://aktorska.pl/ 

There I found another Katarzyna Dominiak born in 1999 (http://aktorska.pl/aktor/katarzyna-dominiak/) which is at agency pages credited for that movie. Most likely her first role (and possibly the only so far). Actress on photos is the one from the movie.

So how can I correct wrong credit, since this requires creating of new person/celeb at IMDb data base? Who and how can add new person at data base?
