Wrong categorisation of credits

Hello,  I have multiple directing credits in the video game industry that are presented in misleading categories. I have three credits for cinematic direction which are not under the "director" category but rather two are under the "animation department" and one is under "additional crew". I have tried to correct or edit them with no success. As a cinematic director, I was responsible for much more than animation. The title requires the direction of all aspects of bringing story content from the written page to the final result on the screen.  I have noticed other individuals and former co-workers with the same role be categorized in the correct field of "director". Can you please tell me what my options are to correct this issue?
