Writing credits on Cocktail (1988)
So the writing credits for the movie Cocktail have been locked by the Writers Guild of America. However, the current listed credits are lacking Heywood Gould's credit as writing a book before the movie.
Personally, I believe that the writing credits should be unlocked and Gould's book credit should be added. Thank you to whoever can help with this.

WGA credits will never be unlocked which is frustrating. However, with this picture, the credits should be updated to:
Heywood Gould (screenplay by) 1,1,1
Heywood Gould (based upon the book by) 2,1,1
IMDb staff has been good about updating these when I report them.
