Writing Credits for Segment Shows

There are a number of animated children's television series (and other types) where the 30 minute show is comprised of shorter independent stories/segments. These will sometimes have the same writers/directors/cast/crew and sometimes have different writers/directors/cast/crew.

Given that the IMDb has very specific guidelines regarding the credit order for the Writers Section, what is the proper ordering system when on-screen writing credits repeat? I understand that "Different jobs should be submitted as different credits, i.e. (story) and (screenplay) should be two separate submissions," but what is the policy regarding the same jobs listed multiple times? Should multiple "Written By" or "Created By" credits for the same person be lumped together under their respective initial credit order number like with Acting Credits, or should they each be listed separately?

Example: "Random Segment Series Episode"

"Story 1" - Written By Jane Doe; Based on Characters By Joe Blow

"Story 2" - Written By Pete Best; Based on Characters By Joe Blow

"Story 3" - Written By Jane Doe; Based on Characters By Joe Blow

End Credits - Story Editors Jane Doe, Pete Best, Rick Starkey

Should the credits be written as such with each credit listed:

Jane Doe - (written by) (segment: Story 1) - 1,1,1

Joe Blow - (based on characters by) - 2,1,1

Pete Best - (written by) (segment: Story 2) - 3,1,1

Joe Blow - (based on characters by) - 4,1,1

Jane Doe - (written by) (segment: Story 3) - 5,1,1

Joe Blow - (based on characters by) - 6,1,1

Jane Doe - (story editor) - 7,1,1

Pete Best - (story editor) - 7,1,2

Rick Starkey - (story editor) - 7,1,3

Should the credits be written as such with duplicate job credit types combined:

Jane Doe - (written by) (segment: Story 1 and Story 3) - 1,1,1

Joe Blow - (based on characters by) - 2,1,1

Pete Best - (written by) (segment: Story 2) - 3,1,1

Jane Doe - (story editor) - 4,1,1

Pete Best - (story editor) - 4,1,2

Rick Starkey - (story editor) - 4,1,3

Should the credits use a different system like the Cast Credits with holes where Actors repeat?
