Solved

Writers Department is traditionally a can of bugs when you submit

#260808-112815-883000 was being processed successfully up to the writers section where all crashed into "duplicates" while all edits where unique. Now the rest of edits are stuck for several days or a week:

One more bug is that the segment titles which include coma are automatically divided into two parts based on coma as a separator (see above), while it was not indicated as a possible problem in the submission form, and this caused no problems for edits to another departments (see below):

Hi MAthePA-

Thank you for posting the references! As per the "duplicated" credits that were marked as such, these have been fixed and the changes will be live shortly.

However, as per the overall bugs, I've forwarded this information to the appropriate team for further investigation (Ref Ticket #V2319541163). We'll reply once we receive further information. Thank you for your patience.

Cheers!

Thank you @Maya,

but probably you've forgot to set off the "uncredited" attribute,

and the same bug lets me not again:

Hi @Maya,

Could you please inform the tech team working on this problem, that we have two bugs here.

First: Text encoding problems. Some symbols are not supported in the Writers section. In this particular case, the symbol "æ" in the word "Benspænd". This bug does not effect other sections of the submission form, however the Companies section could be also re-checked.

Second: Incorrect error reporting. In this particular case, the encoding problem resulted in automatic separating of segment titles into parts based on coma. This bug may effect not only the Writers section.
