Writers' assistant credit keeps getting declined

Hi, I've tried to add a writers' assistant credit twice, first as part of the script and continuity department, then as part of the production department. Both got denied saying it does not meet the contribution guidelines. The show I worked on is not an English-language show but I can provide (and I did, each time) my contract explaining my role as the writers' assistant for the whole duration of the writers' room.

Since it's a Netflix show however, I don't know if I'll get any screen credit or not (the show only comes out next week so I haven't seen the credits yet). Should I try to add it to additional crew and stipulate that it's uncredited? Do I need to translate the contract and send you the English translation instead of the original as well?

Hi Lucile-

Thank you for posting the reference! After reviewing, this was rejected because as per our guidelines, episodic credits must be added to the respective episodes the person appears on/has worked on and not the series parent page.

You are welcome to re-submit the credit to the respective episode or episodes with the supporting evidence.

For further detailed information and instructions on how to add episodic credits, I encourage you to review our following Help Guide. You can go to question #4: 'How do I add an episodic credit?.'

Cheers!
