Writer credits being accepted but not being published

I've submitted writer credits for a given writer for various episodes of a TV series. Track Contribution shows that the credits were accepted several days ago but they still don't appear on the writer's page or the pages of the various episodes, either as displayed or in the Update page for the writer/episode. Can an admin investigate whether there is a problem or whether I just need to wait longer.

The writer was credited twice: once alongside Jeff Pope as (screen)writer and once as the writer of a book on which the TV series is based.

The "book" credits eg

have not appeared. All the credits (book and written by) are listed as "accepted" on the Track Contribution page for this submission. It's not as simple as the "correction" submissions (book, episodes 1.1-1.7) being accepted and the "addition" submissions (written by) not being accepted, because I added a "book" credit that was missing for episode 1.8 and that was accepted. It's something about the "written by" credits that is preventing them appearing - maybe because they are for the same person but a different attribute and credit order: is something wrongly assuming that they are duplicates?

For each episode, the aim is to have three writer credits
