Solved

Would this be considered different version of same tittle?

I registered a movie (I'm part of the team) that already has been proyected in cinemas... Now, a slightly different version is going to be out in Amazon Prime (only small changes in some scenes and sound)... It is also possible that a few new scenes are filmed for the italian release and then dubbed for the original Spanish version... Are each of this "versions" to be considered as different?

Alberto: Most likely you would want to submit information about the additional scenes to the Alternate Versions section for the original film. See https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/alternate-versions/GB7UDDKCAAVFXCXH# for more information about that.

For comparison, Iron Man Three had four minutes of additional footage added to cater to the Chinese market (see https://screenrant.com/iron-man-3-china-version-different-scenes/ for details). That is just listed on the original film's Alternate Versions section on IMDb, not given a separate title page.
