Won't Update my Cast List

I've submitted an actress for addition to one of my projects. I've been a long time contributor and member on IMDB Pro and have NEVER had a problem adding someone to my films. Now, after half a dozen submissions for the same actress, you refuse to add her. Why? Please update and add her to the cast.

If you have submitted the credit and it continues to be declined, our editors may need further evidence to verify the credit information.

For information on how to resubmit the credit with evidence I encourage you to review our Help Guide. Once resubmitted with evidence our editors will take another look.

If you encounter any further issues after providing evidence let us know, including the most recent 18-digit submission reference number, and I can investigate further.

@Michelle Again, with all due respect, this has NEVER been an issue. Why now? What is going on? I've tried to add a few actresses to my projects in the last week. One of those actresses, you had no problem adding to my other projects! I added a different actress to another project on the 18th. Since then, you won't update any of my cast lists! Why, what's changed?
What is the issue? Why was it fine a couple of weeks ago and now you are giving me a problem? I'm meeting with investors and production companies, if I don't have the actresses listed on my IMDB page (who are attached), it doesn't look good. I have no idea why you are giving me a hard time with this but it's affecting my business now. I never had to get copies of the LOI or contract and upload them to an outside URL for you to then first review. Are you kidding me? I've got multiple projects that are moving into pre-production and I'm trying to update my casting on here. I don't have the time to go through a whole drawn out process every time I need to update my projects. Please add the actresses who I've attached to my films as requested. Thank you...
