Won't Let Me Remove Duplicate Image on Film I Produced

Hello, I submitted this request (#261102-222602-330819) to delete a duplicate poster on my title 'KILL ROOM' (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt47657036/?ref_=mv_close).

I am the producer of this film. Yes, it is supposed to be an entirely capitalized title, I have already been through a nightmare getting that to stick, please don't alter it again!

I had previously uploaded a poster that that is too dark, so I uploaded a duplicate of the poster that is brighter. The brighter image is the one I would like to represent the film. I then flagged the older (darker) duplicate for removal but was declined as it doesn't fit within your image policies/criteria?

Could you please (ideally) delete the older, darker duplicate poster, and make the new brighter image the film's primary poster?

If it's impossible to delete the older poster, then at least could you make the new brighter poster the primary image?
